Appointments & Booking

Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend scheduling early, especially for weekends, couples’ services, and seasonal specials.

Where do I park?
We offer complimentary valet service. Just leave your car at the valet, tell them you are going to Blush, and we take care of the rest!

Can you help me choose the right treatment?
Absolutely. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll guide you to the best option.

How can I book an appointment?
You can book online anytime on our site or call us at 915-247-8747 during business hours. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. 

Why do I need a credit card to book?
We require a credit card to secure your time. It allows us to hold your spot and avoid no-shows so other guests can book available openings. Your card won’t be charged unless you cancel late or no-show. 

Will I get a reminder before my appointment?
Yes! Our scheduling system will automatically send you a confirmation email when you book and a reminder the day before your appointment. 

General Spa Etiquette

When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so you can check in, settle in, and relax before your treatment. 

What if I’m running late?
We understand life happens! If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be adjusted so the next guest can start on time.

What about tipping?
Gratuities are always appreciated! A standard amount in the spa world is 15–20% of the service price, but this is entirely up to you based on your experience.

Can I use my cell phone during my visit?

We ask that phones stay on silent, and you use them only when necessary. It helps keep the space peaceful for everyone and allows you to fully disconnect, which is an important part of the Blush experience.

Do you have a steam room?

Yes. Our steam room and lounge area are available for guests to enjoy before or after their treatments (except for facials, where the steam room should be used before your service). Please arrive with enough time to enjoy these amenities without cutting into your appointment.

Will I get a robe and slippers? And what should I wear?

Absolutely. Robes and slippers are provided for most services, unless you come in for a spray tans, waxing, brows/lashes, or express facial. Otherwise, change into your robe and get comfy. We will make sure you feel relaxed and covered to your comfort level at all times.

Cancellation & Policies

What is the cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we aren’t notified, a no-show fee equal to the total service price may apply. 

First-Time Spa Visitors

This is my first spa visit. What should I expect?
Expect a calm, welcoming environment. We’ll ask a few questions about your preferences and any concerns before your treatment so we can make it feel just right. Bring comfy clothes, arrive early, and let us take care of the rest.
